For hotels in Kenya

AI assistants for hotels in Kenya

kAzI Crew, based in Nairobi, sets up AI assistants, built on Grok Bot, that help your team keep up with guest enquiries, quotations and follow-ups. You decide what needs a person’s approval.

An illustrative example

A guest asks for a price but not the dates.

  1. Ask for the missing details

Your assistant asks the guest for what the price depends on, such as the dates.

  2. Prepare the quotation

It prepares the quotation from your approved rates.

  3. Follow up

If the guest goes quiet, it follows up, all within the approval rules you set.

Illustrative example task. It is not a case study, a result or a customer story.

Your rules

Your staff approve everything before it goes out.

Nothing goes out without your approval: you approve every message, email, post or quote before it is sent. Some actions the platform itself controls also need a person.

Who does what

What each role could take care of at a hotel.

Start with a Personal PA, or add the specialists you need. These are configurable roles: what each one can do depends on the access, tools and rules we set up and test with you.

Guest enquiries, quotations and follow-ups, within the approval rules you set.

  • Executive PA

Gives you a morning update: new guest enquiries, quotations waiting and anything that needs your decision.

  • Marketing Manager

Drafts posts from your photos of rooms, food and events, for your approval or scheduling through a supported tool.

  • Outreach Manager

Drafts check-ins for past guests and event contacts, through channels you’ve authorised.

  • Sales Coordinator

When a guest asks for a price but not the dates, asks for the missing details and prepares the quotation from your approved rates.

  • Operations Manager

Keeps agreed bookings and event dates in the tracker you’ve agreed, and flags clashes or missing details.

  • Accounts Assistant

Prepares invoices in the format you’ve agreed and tracks payments in your agreed sheet.

Illustrative example tasks. These are not case studies, results or customer stories.

Build your crew

WhatsApp

Does it work through WhatsApp?

Yes, as a separate add-on. It is not part of the Starter Deal or the other packages, and it has a one-off setup fee of KSh 30,000. You pay the running costs (WhatsApp provider, Meta and M-Pesa fees, hosting) directly, with no monthly kAzI Crew fee. It uses the official WhatsApp Business route, so setup is needed: a business number and verification.
