The subscription is on your account, and your bots use the weekly usage it includes. The plan you need depends on how much work they do, not just how many bots you have. Subscriptions are paid directly to the provider, separately from our setup fee.
Other tools, such as a social media scheduler or paid integrations, are optional costs where your agreed workflow needs them. We confirm these separately before setup.
Subscriptions include weekly usage, and usage resets weekly. Eligible accounts can add on-demand usage, which the provider bills separately.

No. kAzI Crew is an independent AI setup and support service. The bots run on Grok Bot, an existing platform we did not develop, and we are not affiliated with Grok or xAI. What we provide is the setup: roles, instructions, company knowledge, connections, testing and training.
Workflow discovery, configuring the bots you choose, agreed connections to supported tools, testing on real examples, owner training and handover, for the workflows we agree. Custom integrations are quoted separately, and software subscriptions are not included.
Yes. A Personal PA costs KSh 75,000 as a one-time setup fee and handles the agreed tasks directly. The Starter Deal adds one specialist, for KSh 100,000 in total. Add specialists later and pay the package difference where we can reuse the existing setup; additional workflows or integrations are quoted separately. Software subscriptions are separate.
Yes. Every package includes your PA. Three bots cost KSh 137,500 and five bots cost KSh 212,500 as one-time setup fees. You can choose any combination of specialists.
Yes. Nothing goes out without your approval: you approve every message, email, post or quote before it is sent. Some actions the platform itself controls also need a person.
It depends on the tool and the access you can give. In discovery we list the tools you use and confirm what can be connected and tested before setup begins. If a tool cannot be connected we agree a practical workaround or leave it out. Custom integrations are quoted separately.
The initial channel is the Grok Bot app, where you speak to your PA by text or voice. Which devices the app supports is decided by the platform, so we confirm the details with you during discovery.
Yes, as a separate add-on. It is not part of the Starter Deal or the other packages, and it has a one-off setup fee of KSh 30,000. You pay the running costs (WhatsApp provider, Meta and M-Pesa fees, hosting) directly, with no monthly kAzI Crew fee. It uses the official WhatsApp Business route, so setup is needed: a business number and verification.
In our tests it received an enquiry, drafted a reply that was approved in chat before it was sent, transcribed voice notes, checked availability (for example, restaurant tables), built a shopping cart up to checkout without placing the order, and searched for products and suppliers with links. Replies and actions are approved before anything goes out. Payment, logins and two-factor codes still need you.
No. Platform subscriptions and other software are paid by you, direct to the provider, separately from our setup fee. Premium is US$30 per month and Super is US$100 per month (prices set by xAI and may change; see x.ai/pricing). Subscriptions include weekly usage for the bots on your account. Optional on-demand usage and other software cost extra. See Costs and support for details.
